Founder’s Message
A Welcome from Nicole Casale, Founder & Executive Director
I created Ivy Green because I believe the earliest years of education should be both deeply nurturing and intellectually meaningful. Children deserve to feel known, supported, and excited to learn from the very beginning.
At Ivy Green, we are intentional about every part of a child’s experience—from the relationships they build with their educators to the way they are encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, develop independence, and build strong academic foundations.
My goal is to create a school where children feel secure enough to be themselves, confident enough to take on new challenges, and genuinely eager to learn each day.
Our Approach
At Ivy Green, children learn through a balance of intentional teaching, hands-on discovery, and meaningful exploration. Our classrooms are designed to build strong academic foundations while encouraging curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence.
Learning is purposeful, engaging, and thoughtfully guided by our educators.
Children are encouraged to ask questions, make connections, solve problems, and take an active role in their learning.
We want every child to leave the classroom feeling capable, accomplished, and excited about what they will discover next.
Our goal is simple: to give children a strong beginning and a lasting enthusiasm for learning.
